By registering an account or accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

DCarbon Solutions provides a platform for the registration, management, and monetization of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and related environmental attributes. Our services include:

• Facility registration and certification management
• REC issuance, tracking, and transfer
• Commission and revenue distribution tools
• Partner and installer management
• Reporting and compliance documentation

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@dcarbonsolutions.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. DCarbon Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All content, features, and functionality on the DCarbon platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data structures — are the exclusive property of DCarbon Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for its intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without express written permission.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent facility or energy data
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Engage in data scraping, automated querying, or any form of data mining without prior consent
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Your use of the DCarbon platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Commission structures, payout thresholds, and payment terms are established by the platform administrator and are subject to change. Any commissions earned through the platform are subject to the commission agreement you accepted during registration.

DCarbon Solutions reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse payments in the event of suspected fraud, data discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all facility data, energy production records, and supporting documentation submitted through the platform. DCarbon Solutions relies on this data for REC issuance and will not be liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in user-submitted data.

Submission of inaccurate or falsified data may result in account suspension, forfeiture of RECs, and potential legal action.

DCarbon Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The DCarbon platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCarbon Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DCarbon Solutions is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

DCarbon Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
